7-Day Returns
Most unworn, unwashed, full-price items with the original tags attached may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Start your return through our Returns Center. Please do not mail a return without authorization; the portal will provide the correct return instructions and address.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, including items purchased at 40% off, and jewelry are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items valued above $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
