7-Day Standard Returns

For eligible U.S. and international orders, request a voluntary return within 7 calendar days after tracking shows that the final package in your order was delivered. Most unworn, unwashed, full-price items with the original tags attached qualify. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request an eligible return, email hello@trendyrompers.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not mail a return without authorization; we will provide the correct return instructions and address for your order.

Approved return items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after the return request is submitted.

Mandatory consumer rights: Any applicable statutory cancellation, inspection, return, refund, or faulty-goods rights take precedence over our voluntary deadlines, eligibility conditions, and final-sale exclusions. Final Sale Items

All items purchased at a promotional or sale price, and jewelry, are final sale under our voluntary policy. Final-sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. For items valued above $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
