Return Policy

30-Day Returns

Most unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Start your return through our Returns Center. Please do not mail a return without authorization; the portal will provide the correct return instructions and address.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Exchanges and Order Issues

We replace items only when they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Start the request through the Returns Center or email hello@trendyrompers.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items valued above $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
