Return Window

For eligible U.S. orders, you must request a return within 7 calendar days after tracking shows that the final package in your order was delivered.

Approved return items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after the return request is submitted. Returns requested or shipped after these deadlines may be declined.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, alterations, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original garment packaging when applicable

We require the order number or other proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or returned to the customer.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email hello@trendyrompers.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not mail an item to the address shown on the original package or to any address previously listed on our website. Products may ship from different fulfillment locations, so the correct return instructions and address must be provided for your specific order.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed or rejected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is completed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact hello@trendyrompers.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Please keep the product and its packaging while we review the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable and Final-Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All items purchased at a promotional or sale price, including items purchased at 40% off
  • Items specifically marked “Final Sale” when purchased
  • Gift cards
  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimate apparel and lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags

All items purchased at a promotional or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item is approved for return, you may place a new order for your preferred size, color, or style. Availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

We will email you after your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the returned item to be inspected and processed after it arrives. Once the refund is issued, your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post it to your account.

If you have not received an approved refund after allowing sufficient processing time, contact your bank or credit-card provider first. You may then contact us at hello@trendyrompers.com for assistance.

International Orders

Return eligibility and procedures for orders delivered outside the United States may vary by destination. Contact hello@trendyrompers.com before returning an international order. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.
