7-Day Returns
Most unworn, unwashed, full-price items with the original tags attached may be returned within 7 calendar days after tracking shows that the final package in your order was delivered. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request an eligible return, email hello@trendyrompers.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not mail a return without authorization; we will provide the correct return instructions and address for your order.
Approved return items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after the return request is submitted.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased at a promotional or sale price, including items purchased at 40% off, and jewelry are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Return Shipping
